Cromartie House, on the Estate of Cabarfiedh (antlers of the deer), is named for the Earls of Cromartie of the Clan Mackenzie. This spacious log cabin offers a dining area, fully equipped kitchen, half bath and large open great room with a sleeper sofa and large stone wood burning fireplace on the main level. Downstairs level offers two bedrooms both with Queens and a smaller bedroom with a set of bunk beds also on this level is a full bath and laundry room.  You can enjoy an all season view from it's large wrap around covered deck. Enjoy a short walk to the Watauga River for fly fishing or kick back in the hot tub located on the lower deck.4 wheel drive and/or chains are recommended in winter months.

Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, cable T.V., VCR/DVD, Hot tub, washer/dryer and a charcoal grill.
