Brookside Retreat offers four spacious bedrooms and a loft area with four and a half baths, this two story home offers all the comforts and amenities for a perfect vacation. Sleeps 10-12 people. Each of the four bedrooms have a queen-size bed and the fourth downstairs bedroom has a queen-size bed plus a twin bunkbed. The loft futon can also sleep an additional one or two people for a total of 10-12 people. The downstairs bath also is equipped with a whirlpool bathtub.
